Healing from within

I am a Psychologist graduated from ITESO, and a Health and Integral Nutrition Coach from the INSTITUTE OF INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION (IIN,NY).

I have extensive knowledge in different areas of alternative medicine as a Reiki Master, Reflexology, Quartz Therapy, Biodecoding, Bach Flowers, Ayurvedic Medicine, Access Bars, Bowl Therapy and Macroquantum Meditation.
I have had my private practice for around 20 years and have been able to accompany hundreds of people in their personal transformation processes, which fills me with joy.

My approach is based on considering the Human Being as an integral being, being connected at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, so in order to heal it is necessary to work on this integration, healing from within in our ability to connect with our inner being, our thoughts and emotions.

14 years ago I had breast cancer, so I had to work hard on myself to live a healthy life again, which leads me to share this life testimony and to learn every day from everything that helps me create the best version of myself, deciding to combine my personal experience with my new professional vision as a Psychologist with everything I learned and studied from challenging situations, which is why I wrote my book THE ART OF HEALING, A LOOK INSIDE OF YOU.

I am passionate about the health field, I like to continue preparing myself every day and I have a great need to continue sharing my knowledge and support with an increasing number of people.

 

I have decided to create an online coaching program to accompany women in recovery from complicated illnesses such as cancer or any other disease or symptomatology, or who wish to live in health, focusing on the importance of the emotional-mind-body relationship, and helping them make the necessary changes in their lives. Likewise, through this page I offer courses, support and therapeutic meditations that help you live your life and the lives of everyone around you in well-being and health.
